Total Work Tab

The total work tab shows a single bar. The segments of the bar displays the amount each SETI client contributes to completing a single WU. The faster a computer completes a WU, the larger it's portion of the graph. The name of the SETI client is displayed on the bar if there is enough room. Resize the window larger to see the names not shown.

The segments of the bar are displayed in different colors. The color is controlled by the color option of the Edit Client dialog. The Edit Client dialog can be displayed from this window by double clicking on the panels.

The display can be toggled between Real and CPU time, by clicking the button at the bottom left. If a SETI client is stalled or the data is not available, it is not shown in the totals bar as it is not contributing to the totals at the this time. If one of the computers that the SETI client is running on spends a lot of time doing other things, you will notice the difference when you switch between Real and CPU time. So even though a computer may be faster than the rest, if it can't dedicate a lot of time to the SETI client task, it will be reflected in this display.

If you hover the cursor over the bar, the percentage the client contributes is displayed in percentage and WU/hour in the hint.
